Pope Leo XIV prepares to leave hospital after lung cancer surgery
The Vatican says Pope Leo XIV is due to return from Rome’s Gemelli Hospital on October 17. Doctors removed part of his right lung four days earlier, and further tests will determine whether he needs more treatment.
