Russia warns NATO over possible blockade of Kaliningrad
Russia’s embassy in Belgium said attempts by NATO countries to isolate the Kaliningrad region could lead to a direct armed confrontation. The warning was reported as Moscow faced renewed dispute with the alliance over military activity and alleged plans concerning the Russian exclave.
